Our work method, when applied to Quality Management Systems and Structured Risk Management, adopts the concept of Evolutionary Levels of Management.
In a nutshell, the Evolutionary Management Model, is based on the organizational culture of each company, from which all knowledge, experiences, techniques, management tools and methodologies will be based on.
This concept, guiding the application of this methodology, aims to gradually promote the involvement and participation of all the company's members, its sectors and other stakeholdes, in the application of methodologies, including the transfer of managerial and technical knowledge, always focused on the goals and results expected by the organization.
In its complete set, the Evolutionary Management Model, is structured in management Levels, represented in Figure 1 only as a didactic example.
For each Organization, the Evolutionary Management Model, with its levels, will be detailed, making it specific and unique, for it.
