Brief History
I constituted this company having as main foundation, the experiences and learnings throughout my professional career, and having worked for more than 20 years in the two largest construction companies in Brazil, supporting, managing and and working directly in the construction of Mega Infrastructure Projects, with highlights in Brazil and worldwide.
Skillset developed
Over the years, I acquired theoretical and practical knowledge in the implementation of management systems for construction engineering projects, in highly complex environments, with topics related to Management Systems, Project Management, Quality Management, Standardization in Construction Processes, Productivity Improvement with Lean philosophy and Risk Structured Management, among other relevant topics.
